By scheduling service with Out Here Auto & Truck Services LLC you agree to the following terms. All repair work begins only after you approve a written estimate. If additional faults are discovered during the repair, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding; work will pause until we hear back.
Diagnostic time is billable whether or not you proceed with the recommended repair. Parts and labor are covered by our nationwide limited warranty; the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, continued operation after a fault appears, or parts supplied by the customer. Payment is due upon completion, before vehicle release. Vehicles left more than fifteen days after completion may incur storage fees.
